How we cut our response time to 36 hours

Northwind rebuilt its support flow around agents and drafts. Here is what changed in 90 days.

What changed

Most teams do not have a tooling problem. They have a context problem. Every handoff between mail, docs and chat loses a little of what the last person knew, and the cost adds up quietly.

We started by mapping where that context lived and who needed it next. Then we let agents carry it between the steps nobody enjoyed.

What we learned

  • Short, reviewable drafts beat long automatic replies.

  • People trust agents that show their sources.

  • A calm morning brief saves more time than any shortcut.

It feels less like a new tool and more like the old tools finally talk to each other.

What is next

We are rolling these patterns into every Kestrel workspace over the coming months. If you want early access, reply to any of our emails or talk to our team.
