Why we built
Kestrel
In 2021 our founders were running a support team that lived in five tabs: mail, docs, a ticket queue, a calendar and a chat app. Every handoff lost context.
Kestrel puts those moments in one place and lets agents do the busywork in between, so people can spend their day on the work only people can do.
Today more than 12,000 teams use Kestrel, from ten-person studios to companies with thousands of seats.
